Kehoes was first licensed in and the premises that you see today was completed towards the end of the 19th century in typical Victorian style and is a treasure of authenticity. The minute I saw the beautiful prints I knew I had to have one. Not only was the frame beautiful but the print was even more impressive in person. Real Irish Pub, tucked away. If you want a real Irish pub away from the tourists in Temple Bar You won't get any better in central Dublin and you won't get any more traditional.

And you might actually meet some locals - tough in many of the other bars in the centre. The Guinness tastes better here - but perhaps that's all in the mind!!!

Great Pint The guinness tastes like cream and the staff are all excellent. Find yourself a quiet table in one of the many knocks and crannies in here and just take it all in. The atmosphere is amazing and the craic is mighty. Decent prices too, for such a central location.
