Should i let anders live
I never understood everyone who abandoned their beliefs because they thought the game was so hard they needed Anders around though if I felt that way, the decision might have had more dramatic weight to me. I told him to get the fuck out of my sight. My Hawke was a detatched good guy, with disregard for the chantry and templars and mages but a strong sense of honor and trust among the party.
So when Anders fucked me, it didn't feel right to kill him but I couldn't let it slide. I let him go for old time's sake, and then later he showed up in the Gallows and tried to kill me regardless.
So that was nice of him. I did agree with the Templars though, so maybe he turns antagonistic no matter what you do. I did like that they threw in that little detail about Orsino helping the dude who killed your mother, so no matter how sorry you felt about the mages or him in particular up until then it was justification enough for beating his Legion ass down in that compulsory boss battle.
Meredith needed no such excuse, being completely insane and occasionally a floating head don't ask, DA2 clearly didn't spend enough time in QA. But yeah, Anders turned into a total assbutt. Blowing up a church crosses so many lines.
I let gameplay win out over vengeance, so I let him stay. He was my only healer Merrill was specced out for nothing but sheer damage, and I never used Bethany , and I wasn't about to sacrifice him right before what I assumed would be the toughest part of the game. Please Log In to post.

Make sure this is what you intended. This will likely increase the time it takes for your changes to go live. But since specific conditions need to be met to make that happen, like siding with the templars, I usually end up killing him. He's either a terrorist or an abomination that's out of control. Either way, he deserves to die. He killed at least dozens of innocent people and the fallout of his actions killed hundreds or even thousands more.

Don't the people in the Kirkwall Chantry, who were just praying to the Maker deserved justice too? Well that's the end of that. Could you guys help by making me make a final decision?
