Sbsettings what does it do

Excellent questions nonexistent, audience! The developers of this application, realizing an app such as this which will be used far more often than all others and always on a moments notice, decided to make this app launchable by Activator actions … but more on that later.

SBSettings is your settings app… in a nutshell :] Literally. SBSettings is simply a way to faster manage your iPhone settings. SBSettings works by collecting and consolidating a select set of toggles for settings you often enable, disable, or adjust in some other way in your actual settings app….

So what the heck does all this technical mumbo jumbo mean? No need to exit facebook! Traveling by plane instead? Adjusting volume, brightness, bluetooth… the list goes on and on, and there are always more toggles you can download from Cydia to expland SBSetting functionality.

For example, when SBSettings is finally installed and Activator alongside it, the default value for activating is to slide your finger horizontally accross the status bar on top of your iPhone screen. In the middle of a game and need to tether at a moments notice? Viewing a file and need to bluetooth it to someone? Viewing map directions while driving and need to brighten the display on the spot for better viewing? And although this emulates a certain level of multitasking, SBSettings also has another widget toggle that actually shows what apps are multitasking in the background and can optionally kill data processes of choice right from that display in order to free up needed memory on your device.

Although the feature exists in iOS 4, but some devices have to be manually enabled for that. This is way easier to use and do.
