Dawnguard armor where to find

Did that change from Oblivion? So, uh, when do I get issued Dawnguard Armor? There isn't any lying around that I can see. Helmets, Boots, and Gauntlets. Not the main Armor, unless I'm being particularly unobservant. I have taken Serana home.

There's no need to be rude. If I have to buy the Armor, then I presume it isn't available until I get Gunmar back, since his forge is necessary for crafting crossbows and steel bolts.

But it's just strange that all the NPCs including the new recruits have been given a full set of armour while the player character has to run around scraping it together. You could always hunt down a generic Dawnguard member and murder them.
